if you know anything about me you know i am horribly afraid of flying. i work at an art gallery that is right on the harbour front and in the summer you can sit outside and watch airplanes take off and land at the toronto island airport. porter air also flies out of the airport which means i can watch bigger jets on my summer lunch breaks. i was lucky enough to catch this take off just as i was leaving work. the sunset was my original intent but everything came together quite nicely, especially the ducks that fly by right on cue. i've decided that if i see one of these planes go down i'm never going up in the air again! (i'm only half joking on that one)
